Terms and Conditions – re777 Platform Rules

1 Introduction

Welcome to re777. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and re777 ("re777", "we", "us", "the Platform") and govern all access to and use of the re777 website at re777.run, the re777 mobile application and any other services provided under the re777 brand.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using any feature of re777, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use re777.

re777 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed for adult players. The platform supports deposits and withdrawals in PKR using local payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. All game results are determined by certified random number generation systems or, in the case of Live Casino, by real dealers operating in real time.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open an account and use re777 you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. re777 strictly does not permit any player under the age of 18 to register or play, regardless of the nature of the game.
• You must be registering as an individual using your own true identity. Corporate accounts, shared accounts or accounts opened on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended re777 account. Only one account per player is allowed at any time.
• You must not be acting as an agent for or on behalf of a third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth and contact details.

re777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at registration or at any point thereafter. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3 Your Account

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your re777 login credentials. This includes your username, password and any two-factor authentication details associated with your account. re777 will never ask you to share your password with a support agent or any other person.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact re777 support immediately. re777 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

Account balances reflect real PKR funds held on the platform. You may only use funds in your account for the purposes of gaming and betting on re777. Funds cannot be transferred to other player accounts.

re777 may, at its sole discretion, place temporary restrictions on an account for security reviews, identity verification or responsible gaming assessments. During any such restriction period, withdrawals may be held pending the outcome of the review.

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on re777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet deposits typically credited within seconds.
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet deposits with fast processing.
• Raast – instant bank-to-bank transfer using Pakistan's real-time interbank system.
• Bank Transfer – standard local bank transfers in PKR.
• Debit/Credit Cards & Mobile Wallets – additional card and wallet options as listed in your account deposit section.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the deposit section of your account. re777 does not accept deposits from third-party sources – all deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to other individuals will be reversed and the depositing account may be suspended.

re777 does not charge a platform fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges independent of re777.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time subject to the following conditions:

• Your account identity verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
• Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the details on your re777 account.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in the withdrawal section of your account.

Standard withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. re777 aims to process all valid withdrawal requests as quickly as possible, but processing times are not guaranteed.

re777 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before processing large withdrawals. This is a security measure to protect your account and is not a restriction on your right to withdraw.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

re777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms which are published on the Promotions page. The following general bonus rules apply to all offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real money funds and must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be played through qualifying games before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the Promotions page.
• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses.
• re777 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a bonus has already been claimed and wagering is in progress.
• Free bets and free spins issued as part of promotions are subject to the specific terms of the relevant offer and any winnings derived from them may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as stated in those terms.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on re777 are final once confirmed. Players should carefully review their selections before confirming any bet. re777 cannot accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed by the system.

For Sports Betting and cricket markets covering events such as PSL, T20 internationals and other tournaments:

• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet. Live in-play odds change in real time and the odds at confirmation are those that count.
• In the event of a match abandonment, re777's specific sport rules apply. General practice is that bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned, but this may differ for individual markets. Check the applicable sport rules in the Betting section.
• re777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is evidence of irregular activity, obvious pricing errors or where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are visible in the bet slip and vary by sport, event type and account status.

For Casino Games including Slot Games, Live Casino tables and Bingo:

• All slot games and RNG-based casino games use certified random number generation. Game results are determined independently and cannot be influenced by the player or by re777.
• Live Casino games are conducted by live dealers and the result of each round is final once the dealer announces it.
• Technical disconnections during a game round will be resolved according to each game provider's own technical rules. Where a round cannot be completed, the stake for that round will generally be refunded.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on re777 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and where applicable, referral to appropriate authorities:

• Opening more than one account or assisting another person to open a duplicate account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or to exploit bonus offers fraudulently.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent payment methods or using payment details that do not belong to you.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or pricing mistakes on the platform for financial gain.
• Abusing the bonus system including but not limited to matched betting strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using re777 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing customer support staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the re777 platform including but not limited to the re777 logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software and promotional materials is the intellectual property of re777 or its content licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from re777.

Game content hosted on re777 is provided under licence from third-party game providers. Those providers retain their own intellectual property rights over their respective games. Use of game content outside of normal gameplay on re777 is not permitted.

10 Privacy & Data

re777 collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing and customer support. The full details of how your data is collected, stored, used and protected are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering with re777 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes sharing data with payment processors, identity verification providers and fraud prevention services where necessary for the provision of re777 services.

re777 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Communication preferences can be managed in your account settings at any time.

11 Limitation of Liability

re777 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While re777 takes reasonable steps to ensure the platform is available, secure and functioning correctly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

• re777 is not liable for any loss arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, third-party payment delays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• re777 is not responsible for any financial losses arising from gaming or betting decisions made by players. All gaming and betting activity involves risk and players are solely responsible for their own decisions.
• In the event of a system error that results in an incorrect game outcome or incorrect odds being displayed, re777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• re777's maximum liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the balance held in that player's account at the time of the incident.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

You may request closure of your re777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure any withdrawable balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after standard verification checks are completed.

re777 may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity associated with the account.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder under responsible gaming provisions.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or use of the platform for financial crime.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach or fraud, re777 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, that balance may be forfeited.

13 Responsible Gaming
